Silicon PU is a healthy and professional elastic synthetic stadium surface material. Its structure characteristics is hard on top and elastic on the bottom. It can be constructed directly on cement or asphalt foundation.

As a floor material for sports facilities, it has good buffering and ductility, strong adhesive force, can repair the foundation, automatic leveling, simple construction, excellent anti-aging, stable chemical performance after construction, and is not easy to produce bubbles.

 

Silicon PU will not fade, harden, soften, or whiten due to outdoor high and low temperature climate changes. Even in strong ultraviolet, ozone, rainwater, and high temperature environments, it can maintain its bright color for a long time.

Silicon PU is an elastic system designed specifically for sports, providing effective cushioning, absorption, and shock-absorbing protection. The elastic layer absorbs the impact force at the moment of retraction, and the compressed energy after buffering forms an upward high rebound force through the strengthening layer, effectively reducing sports injuries caused by the reaction force on the ankle, joints, and ligaments.


The rebound, shock absorption, and friction coefficient of both large and small balls can penetrate the entire field system, ensuring its technical stability.
Structure of silicon PU is upper part is hard and bottom part is elastic, with a hard surface layer retaining sufficient rebound support for the ball, combined with the rebound characteristics of the elastic layer and reinforcement layer, ensures that the rebound rate of the ball is above 90%, meeting the professional sports requirements for ball sensation, effectively solving the defects of PU material soft surface such as ball sinking, sticking, and uneven rebound.
